House Rules

1. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in is from 14:00 onwards.

• Check-out is before 11:00 on the day of departure.

• Early check-in or late check-out may be possible only with prior approval.

2. Property Access

• Access to the property is self check-in via a secure key box located at the property.

• The key box access code and detailed arrival instructions will be provided prior to check-in.

For security and legal reasons:

• Access details will only be shared after all guests have provided their full identity information and copies of valid ID documents.

• The names on the identification documents must match the names provided in the reservation.

Failure to provide this information before arrival may result in delayed or refused access to the property.

3. Guest Limit

• The booking is limited to a maximum of 4 guests for Borgo 26 Guest house and 2 guests for Borgo 26 Studio. 

• Only guests included in the reservation are allowed in the property.

• Unregistered visitors or overnight guests are not permitted without prior agreement.

4. Pricing and Booking Conditions

• The prices displayed on this website are indicative and may be subject to change depending on availability, season, or special circumstances.

• The exact price and the applicable cancellation policy will be confirmed after a booking request has been submitted.

• By confirming the reservation, guests agree to the final price and conditions communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

5. Respect for the Property

• Please treat the room, furniture, and equipment with care.

• Any damage, stains, or missing items may result in additional charges.

• Please report any issues immediately so they can be resolved quickly.

6. Cleanliness

• Please keep the room tidy during your stay.

• Dispose of rubbish in the designated bins and evacuate them accordingly to host instructions.  
  

  Additional cleaning during the stay can be arranged upon request for an extra fee
  

• Before departure, please ensure:

  • Used dishes are cleaned (if applicable)

  • Waste is placed in the bins

  • Personal belongings are removed

7. Noise and Neighbours

• Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum.

• Quiet hours are from 21:00 to 07:00.

• Parties or events are strictly prohibited.

8. Smoking Policy

• Smoking is strictly prohibited 

9. Pets

• Pets are allowed only if declared in advance.

• A pet fee may apply depending on the type and number of animals.

• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not disturb others.

10. Safety

• For safety reasons:

  • Do not tamper with safety equipment.

  • Always lock the door when leaving the property.

  • Turn off lights and electrical appliances when not in use. 

    Candles or any fire activity are forbidden. 

11. Lost or Forgotten Items

• The host is not responsible for lost or forgotten items.

• If items are found, we will try to assist with their return, but shipping costs will be the guest’s responsibility.

12. Violation of House Rules

Failure to respect the house rules may result in:

• Immediate cancellation of the stay

• Additional charges for damages or extra cleaning

• Removal from the property without refund in serious cases.
